Shipping Policy
At STYLEDWEL®, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be presented at checkout. Delivery time is based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be applied automatically.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
STYLEDWEL® is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or household members

Looking around your delivery location (e.g., porch, mailbox, side doors, etc.)

Contacting the carrier directly to report the issue
We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. STYLEDWEL® is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
